What does it cost?
Our company is licensed by the department of insurance. Like all bail agencies, we are regulated by the state and authorized to charge 10% of the PENAL AMOUNT. So if the bail is set at $5,000 you pay our company $500.
Do I need Collateral?
Since the CO_SIGNER is ultimately responsible for the bond and defendants appearance in court, most companies usually require some form of COLLATERAL to secure the bond. Our company specializes in writing bonds secured with LOW or NO collateral.
